What do you do if you sell something for the wrong price by mistake?

Hi

Unfortunately because it is our fault we usually let the client walk away without calling them. However, a few times I have asked my receptionist to call them back and gently, pleasantly tell the client that they charged them the wrong price by mistake. We then aks then client for their credit card information over the phone.

We have only done this if we catch it immediately otherwise we let it go which is a loss to the spa. :(

We learn a lesson & eat the loss, but do let the client know there was an error on the Spa's behalf & what the difference will be on their re-order as to eliminate future confusion, nor will they rave to others on the excellent pricing.  You will gain Value with that customer in respect to your business with the Integrity you displayed in honoring Your error.
