Hi!

I am working on establishing a new practice within a studio and am working on commission.  It's been awhile since I have worked.  Does anyone have advice for setting up product charges for facials/treatments and doing the commission split.  The owner just wishes to do a 60/40 split, I get tips and a 15% commission on sales for product.
