Hi Everyone, This is probly a dumb question but here it is: I just got the bt micro and in reading their instruction booklet it says to have the buttons facing towards the face or the buttons facing away from the face depending on what mode your in, I need to know, towards who's face,  mine or the client? Sorry, I just dont think they explain very well. Also, we use image at the salon and i'am not sure what products of theirs will work well with the micro. I might add that I have only worked here a week so far, but sure feels good to be doing this again. Thanks in advance for any input.

I use the Micro and they mean facing the client's face.  I use it on the peel mode with any exfoliant and it works great.

How much is it?

When you are using the bt micro in peel mode you are exfoliating the face (buttons facing away from your client), in ion mode you are penetrating product (buttons facing your client).  You can also go on youtube and search for how to use the bt micro.

I know this post is older but thought i'd share for anyone new to owning the bt micro...I just got my bt micro too and felt the same way.......a little confusing on the instructions. But i suppose its easier if you think of the buttons as outward and inward...rather than towards and away. And it only applies to the face that is being worked on.
