Hi Y'all-

This topic of discussion has been bothering me for about 6 months now. Rodan + Fields is just starting to get "popular" here in New Orleans and I have had a few people contact me about joining in on this. Being that I am an esthetician and I absolutely love my job, I'm just not sure what to think about it. I had the opportunity of meeting Lynne Spears (Britney Spears' mother) who has been with this company for over two years and her and her team have assured me that these products work.

I've seen pictures, I watched the power point, I've asked questions, etc but I'm just iffy about jumping on the bandwagon .

What would or have y'all done with this company? If you've tried these products, what did you think?

I believe in having a professional consultation, looking at skin conditions under the mag light, etc. You know when a client comes in and they think they have a skin condition when you know its completely the opposite of what they think. That's what we are here for! It actually frustrates me that companies like this think that they know everything about skin when they actually have no clue since they never received proper training!

I'd love to hear your input.

Thanks so much!

I would not jump on this bandwagon as a professional Esthetician. This is just another pyramid type of gimmick. Don't know anything about the product, but they let anyone sell it weather u are licensed or not, and u don't have to know a thing about skin.

That's exactly how I feel. I just didn't know if it was me being stubborn & close minded and I didnt want to miss out on a potential opportunity because all of these distributors are trying to sell me on this since "I have the traffic and clientele" for this business.  I'm so over hearing this! I'll stick to my clinical skin care lines ONLY! Thanks for your response!

Yes! Us Estys have to stick together, and keep the barrier up between professional skin care, and "other"skin care. Lol
I agree with all comments and thinking on this. It's just pro-active by another name ! Like Mary Kay is to Avon not enough professional ingredients if any at all to make a difference Thanks for posting
