I may have an opportunity to work for someone after being in business for myself for decades.
The issue is that although I know that I am very qualified for this position I wouldn't know how much to ask for in salary and or bonuses, I don't want to undercut myself or price myself out of a position that I would very much like to have. It is an opportunity to use new state-of-the-art anti aging equipment and help set up the main offices and maybe two additional offices. So I would be management and providing services as well and basically be the owner's right hand person.
My question is: What could I ask for in a yearly salary and/or bonuses?
There is also 2 weeks training in another state. Are they responsible for my airfare, hotel and meals?

Whatever you think your fulltime dedication is worth. They should have made you an offer instead of asking you what you want. So tell them what you really want, plus $10 - $15k since you can count on them making a lower counter offer no matter what number you throw out at first.
Bonuses should always be based on measurable, simple goals that are written down in advance.

Yes, by law. You must be paid for your training time and any expenses incurred to receive the training. Meals are a fuzzy part since you have to eat regardless where you are, but you can argue that you would have breakfast and lunch at home which is cheaper than eating out, so maybe a daily meal stipend. Lunch you would eat at work regardless of your location.
