Hey everyone, I just wanted you all to be aware of a scammer that almost scammed me. This guy supposedly named Cameron David with an email address of camerondavid073@gmail.com with a phone number of 302-413-2270. Wanted to prepay for 8 facials for his workers and he would have a driver bring them to their appointments but he hasn't paid the driver because the driver doesn't have access to accept credit cards, so he wanted me to collect an additional amount, $2000.00 and then pay the driver cash. I've been almost scammed before so this is totally scamming by the book. I declined to accept that much money and to pay his driver and he hasn't contacted me back since.  Just beware of similar schemes and don't fall for it.

yes, i got a text message from Andrew with the same story , he is a musician and wanted me to perform facials for his 8 workers. I told him the total and he never came back to me. Not sure that was the same number though, but now i understand his point.

Years ago, i got several messages about renting a room and sending me a check for more money than the room rent, Crazy world

same scam was running via text message a few months ago in LA.  I was contacted on 2 separate occasions by a person using a different numbers &  name each time.  Another esthetician I know was also contacted.. dif names/numbers, but the scam is always more or less the same.  They offer to prepay for a large number of treatments, can't speak to you on the phone, and want you to pay a driver who doesn't take credit cards.  If it seems unusual & just a little fishy, IT IS.  Trust your gut.

Had this same scam here in Conifer, Co last year and earlier this year.
