Second interview :)
I have a second interview scheduled, I'm very excited. I'd love to hear tips on how to really succeed on a practical interview. It'll consist of basic European facial and waxing. Thanks!

Don't neglect the skin analysis, even if the interviewer has already selected products for you to use. As part of your analysis, be sure to ask detailed intake questions and listen to the responses. Then be sure to let them know at various points during the facial how what you are doing will help them with the concerns they brought up.
