Anyone work with this line and what are your thoughts are about it?

There is a spa supply store that sells it nearby, but does anyone know if it benefits me more going directly from Shira? (The prices are a lot cheaper through supply store?) 

I am just starting out and opening an in-home spa so I ideally don't want anything with a big minimum order.
