Hi Kimberly! What kind of issues are you having? My biggest issue is knowing what is really essential and how to choose the best for the money. (Not having the money is sort of an issue too!)
Can you abe more specific about what kind of information you are looking for?

I bought a nine in one multifunctional facial machine from Zurich-beauty.com and it was manufactured in China (that was my first problem). The manual is only 12 pages long and it is very difficult to understand. The mag light screws keep coming updone and I can't get the ultrasonic to heat and now my steamer stopped heating. I bought this about a year ago and it should be under warranty but I can't get anyone to help me figure it out, I'm been trying for months. Now I'm stuck with a $800.00 machine that I can't figure out, It's very frustrating. I contacted Zurich and they told me that they no longer sell that machine and i needed to contact the manufacturer in which I did and now we are emailing back and forth and I'm still not getting anywhere. So I'm sitting on money to be made.

Ugh. I am so sorry to hear that has happened to you. It sounds like you may be lucky to get any compensation or replacement. :(
For the mag lamp, I wonder if a trip to the hardware store could get that fixed enough to use it until you get a replacement. You may have to use hot towels instead of steam for a while.
Those multi-function units are so tempting, but I think you have just shared the reason why it may be better to get individual pieces.
One idea might be to keep checking Craigslist for used equipment to get you through.
