I've put my beautiful spa in sunny New Orleans up for sale through a broker.  Who has been where I am before?

My life has changed drastically over the past year (car accidents, divorce, illness, family issues, etc.), and for these reasons, I'm ready to no longer be a business owner.  For the past few years I've also been curious about working on the medical side.

I'm reaching out to derms and plastic surgeons in my area, specifically those known to have a significant investment in laser and light-based modalities in office, since I view those treatments as my next frontier.  

I guess I'm asking for support, tips, and encouragement.
