software for mac

Hi there! I want to find a software program that works on my mac to run the business.

It doesnt have to have booking capabilities - maybe compatible with schedulicity if not...

invoicing

history

running reports- tax liability report as well as when clients were in last etc to target market

inventory

flagging accoutns for special notes for clients

I appreciate any guidance here! Thank you! :)

Vagaro (online software) can do all of that except flagging... Well, they may be able to do that, also. I am just too busy to hunker down and sit through training. ;)

Ally, I was just going to ask about Vagaro. I don't have a reception, only a room. So basically I don't have a place to add a cash register neither a computer. Would I be able to schedule people on Vagaro through an ipad easily?

Absolutely. I use my iPad to check out my clients and rebook with the vagaro app. You can update inventory on it really easily too. Clients can also download the vagaro app and book their appointments with you from their phone or ipad. :) It's awesome, and SO easy to use. I have tried a lot of different software and I just keep coming back to vagaro. Wish it was easier to integrate into my website, but that's the only problem I have.
