Software program

I am needing help on a salon software program.  I have looked into SalonBiz Lite because it is free-does anyone use it?  I hate to pay an expensive monthly fee because it is just me.  However, I do feel it would be great to have a program for appointments, inventory, reports, etc.  Can anyone give me any suggestions of programs or any other useful tips?

Check FullSlate, they have a free trial until clients make 10 appointments or staff make 100.!!!

Love Full Slate but one major frustration is that I cannot make the screen bigger on iPhone or even iPad to see calendar closer in order to rebook clients on the spot without accidentally touching the wrong week number or time slot, the font is tiny.why can't they make an app already through apple, it is 2013 now come on!
