Spa Manager Salary - Maui

I'm appyling for a Spa Manager at a very high end resort in Maui but not sure what to ask for salary? I have alot of experience, 10 years in skincare and cosmetics, retail sales and management. Any ideas of what's the rate for the postion?

Good for you!!!! Spas are amazing on the islands. I lived there for 12 years and spent many years as Educational Director for Salon & Spa Manuacturer. I would recommend researching the local resorts and see what the aveage is-find out their salary history, they will usually base it on your direct experiece-so be sure to do your homework!!!!
