Spa Rewards Programs

Does anyone have some ideas on rewards programs? I want something that is easy for the client and me to keep up with. I was thinking of doing something with the credit card style rewards. I don't like the h*** punching cards. What have you found that works well for you?

I have tried a few different things however i have found that offering a $10 discount on all services over $50 if the person books
A follow up appt every 3-5 weeks at time of appointment. So for a women's Brazilian wax I normally charge $55 however after thefirst wax I only charge $45 if they rebook no more then 5 weeks out
For brows I charge $20 the first time and $15 if they book no more then 4 weeks out
Clients like getting a better deal, it hurts less when they do come in and I have the security of having my book filled
I also will throw in a free lip or brow wax for facial clients here and there as well

I am trying to tap into a younger market right, I have a couple teachers coming in from the local high school, so I told them to oet there students know if they come in with a repot card with an a they get $5of my thirty min treatment price and a report card with all a's they get ten dollars off my hour treatment. The kids come in with there parents. So I've gotten a couple mom and daughters that come intogether now. Idk my boss did it for her massages for the school athletes.
