I want some opinions on to use a steamer or not?  I know steamers have always been used and taught with facials-that has always shocked me because I know that steam can irritate and not be good for all skin types.  I have always used a steamer at past places I have worked, but I just opened my own location and am debating on to purchase one or not.  Any advice?

Please note: ozone is now considered to be a respiratory irritant and its use is not recommended.

I am lisenced since 1997 and I never used one a single time.

A good clean HOT TOWEL and if possible with aromatherapy ( according to skin needs) will always do the tricky. No need to buy any machine.

Buy a good hot cabinet and good quality towels steady. A hot towel on top of enzyme mask, on top of a treatment moisturizing or clay mask. on top of a massaged skin with cream or oil ........ before extractions!!!!!!
I agree about ozone and don't always use my steam. Some clients do love it. Having a tabletop or one since small investment can't hurt. If you choose not to or when I use warm towels only I explain why . It is overkill for some to use both.
