Supply questions - Massage Warehouse and Spa Elegance

Hello! I am looking to order some stuff for my new spa from Massage Warehouse and Spa Elegance. Has anyone ordered from these companies? How was the customer service? I'm nervous because I can't find them listed on the better business bureau website at all, and I don't want to put in my credit card unless I know they're valid businesses.

Massage Warehouse is definitely a reputable company.

FYI, most companies these days are eschewing the BBB because it costs a lot of money and gives basically nothing in return. Instead look for SSL encryption in the web store and check your credit card member policy to make sure they will take responsibility for fraudulent activity.

I have been ordering from Massage Warehouse for well over 10 years, and they have been around a lot longer than that. They are obviously a reputable company - sign up for their promotions to save on shipping fees, which can sometimes be a little high.

I have also ordered from Spa Elegance a few times over the last 5 years or so and have had no problems whatsoever.

Check out Universal Companies also.

I think only small local companies join BBB - it costs to join and I don't think most companies bother with that except on a local level.
