Does anyone have experience with Sylvan Microderm Machines?  How do you like the machine, and is the company easy to get in contact with if you have questions?

Hi Terrius...I have no personal experience with them but I have heard from several Esty's that they are difficult to get ahold of. I wouldn't let that stop you from purchasing if you feel comfortable with them and your experience has been different. Because I work with Esty's finding the right equipment, I hear all of the good and  the bad stories! Let me know if I can be help in any way...have a great day!
Thanks so much for the response, I'm looking to purchase by mid September.  I would love to have the ClearFX Diamond Oxypeel Machine but it's a little to expensive for my budget right now.  What brands or companies would you recommend (diamond microdermabrasion)?
Hi, I used this machine for the first time today. I liked it, there are quite a few modalities I am unfamiliar with.

I have had the Sylvan 6-1 microderm machine since Dec 2010.  Well made machine, IMO.  The microderm business has already paid for the machine.  The customer service isn't that great.  The techs are from China.  The manual is just awful.  I'm basically having to figure out things for myself.  I can't figure out how to use the ultrasonic scrubber without shocking someone.  And the microcurrent information is null.  I would have loved some kind of diagram on points for placement, etc....since there was no training offered.  But am still happy with the machine.  The price is just over $1000... I had a limited budget when starting out my own business and this machine fit the bill.

I have and have used it for about 3 years and people love it and I get really good results...For the price it is a work horse...
