I was approached by a salon owner I rented from with this idea.  My thoughts were....  yes, could be potential for growth from a financial aspect.  On the other hand I felt as though I would loose some of the prestige of an experienced Esthetician - therefore I declined.  That was just what I decided based on the situation at the time as well as my comfort level.  Whatever you decide - I am sure it will be right for you :)
