Personally I would say the most important thing for me is good clean living. I exercise daily, I don't eat junk. I don't drink. I don't do drugs. Also, for the last 30 years, I have used a nightly regimen of a light Retin A cream and a little Botox around the eyes and on the forehead. And, of course, Zoom Tooth Whitening to keep my teeth looking their best.

I will try... :) No need to talk about product names. This is more like a routine than a treatment but the way I see it less than perfect skin took some time to create so the treatment should as well.  Of course this depends on the estie experience and the client's ability to handle post procedure down time or patience.

I do not know the following:

• Level of patience ( I am thinking more than 1 hour hahahaha )

• Age ( I will pick 30 - 45 )

• Fitz ( I will pick Fitz II/III/IV )

• Sun Exposure Prior or Currently ( Prior sun exposure with hyperpigmentation and currently avoids the sun or using protection - sun damage is present with no acne scarring or picking scarring )

• Past Procedures / Experience (Laser / Peels / Mechanical Abrasion) ( Some experience but not a junky )

Client DOES NOT own a 10x mirror attached to the wall in bathroom and has no visible signs of picking or admitting to OCDs.

So here it goes:

AM (M - F)

Low soap content facial cleanser (No acids) for sensitive skin

Serum (C or product containing multiple actives)

Hydrating Serum / Cream / Lotion (NO SPF unless sun is exposure will be encountered 100% - Try to avoid SPF products)

• YES I SAID IT and FOR GOOD REASON

PM (M - F)

Low soap content facial cleanser (No acids) for sensitive skin

Peptide Cream (May have other actives but peptides is primary active at levels above 3%)

Hydrating Serum / Cream / Lotion

PM (Tuesdays but if you choose Sunday for next protocol PM below than this changes to Wednesday)

Lotion containing an AHA or BHA not over 10% with a pH not over 3.8 and not under 3.0

This protocol:

1. Cleanse

2. Acid Lotion

PM (Friday or Saturday or Sunday)

Lotion containing an AHA or BHA not over 10% with a pH not over 3.8 and not under 3.0

This protocol:

1. Cleanse

2. Acid Lotion

Lastly (Regenerating Cycle Exfoliation Procedure)

Client must at least 3 times during the first year get a deep chemical peel with complete exposure of the stratum corneum or laser treatment for hyperpigmentation and dermal regeneration.

Client must promise not to do anything other than this protocol and zero use of facial acids or mechanical exfoliators other than what is prescribe here.

Maybe I got the entire assignment wrong. I have been known to read too fast; plus it is late at night lol. :)
