I am asked the question all the time, "What do you recommend for a sunscreen. I break out from them I don't know what to use?" People also comment that they hate the white pasty look.
In my experience, a broad spectrum, titanium and/or zinc based sunscreen are the best physical blockers of UVA/UVB rays and don't contain all the "benzones" commonly linked to cancer in many studies. These 2 ingredients are what I typically fall back on. I do however suggest staying away from titanium if they are sensitive to sunscreens. Do you agree?
Thoughts and feedback from seasoned professionals are greatly appreciated.
I have l o tr of allergies and highly reactive skin. I use a clear zinc based sunscreen and it works perfectly. It doesn't clog me up and it actually works.
