Ultrasonic tool

I am interested in purchasing an ultrasonic tool. I would love any input on brands and any other info that would be helpful. I don't use HF or galvanic or microderm. So looking for something that will give a good exfoliation and product penetration.Thanks

I have a Skinforlife ultrasonic with 2 seperate hammer heads.  I really like!  I have used it for it for 3 years so far without any problems.

I also have heard great things about the Bellaire industries unit as well(Sing Hong).
