Unique facial protocols

Does anyone have any unique facial protocols they would like to share? Also, anyone have facial massage techniques for face, decollete, arms and hands, or back?

I was looking at Skin Inc online and came across an old article that was a botox like facial so it just sparked my interest in seeing if anyone on here had any unique things they wouldn't mind sharing.

I am new to this industry so anything helps.

Also curious about typical steps in your protocol, like at what point do you do extractions, can massage still be incorporated when doing more advance treatemnts like micro and peels, etc?

I love some of the videos on U tube, Pat Lam has a great DVD out on massage as well. As far as unique protocols check out de la terre skincare, they have unique tools as well.

YouTube is great. You can find lots of helpful techniques. Extractions is another good one on YouTube.

I must say I enjoy all the topics you post. You really get me thinking about how I can improve and what I can do better. I am about to open my studio in a few weeks here in Ohio and your questions and ideas are great! Hopefully we can continue to use this forum as a way to help one another out!

Thanks for the tips and advice. I do go on youtube a lot, especially for massage techniques and I am going to the Premiere day spa over in Orlando in June and there are tons of great classes that are free with your ticket that I will be taking as well. I will let you ladies know anything I learn or find out :)
