Has anyone ever done this? I met a senior esthetician that has done this but she did not want to tell me exactly what to do! I want to do that on myself! Does anyone out there know about this and is willing to show me what to do?

Thanks,

Johanne

In my experience, the most effective treatment is to use a combination AHA/retinol body cream (Lelexo and Vivant have similar ones that serve this purpose).  You would smother the feet with the treatment, occlude with lots of saran wrap, cover them with socks, and send them home in galoshes.  They'd sleep the night in the treatment, and the next day, come in for a pedicure and all that tight callus skin will have broken down.  These are both retail products so you could also skip doing it as a service and just explain the protocol to the client for home prep.

PCA has an advanced protocol using their body peel products, if you have access to their products, but I haven't tried it myself, but I may today!

Loved the results on my feet-i did it a second time as well, just in a few spots that were thicker or maybe didn't get it on thick enough the first time. Protocol is just like the face except you use a brush to apply, the products that follow peel are same as for face.
