I saw your post and noticed you did not receive any help on this question.  The reason I think is it is too broad.

Client: 15 y.o.

Type: Female

Fitzpatrick: VI

Pro Line: Skin SCript

That is what this looks like and its hard to help you.  But let me try...

There are a few scales of acne to go by and they are:

Scales - (1 = Nothing Major and either 4 or 6 = Cystic / Draining Sinus)

1. Grades 1 - 4

2. Grades 1 - 6

What is she?

But to start -  without any information, get your client a nice cleanser (with or without a resurfacing ingredient) and a nice lotion and out of the sun and humidity.  If your in a humid environment then your going to have trouble with break outs.  Also, make sure you stop all treatments and stick with one.  If she is with a Derm MD then you coordinate with MD.  If not, along with the cleanser and the lotion (you have to tell her what to do during the day and when - try to make it exact and tell her how important it is to stay on a strict regimen), you could add a 2% Sal Acid product or maybe it is in the cleanser. But all the time with 2% and no break could be wrong approach for this client at Fitz VI.

If your client has grades 3+ on any scale and you cannot apply TCA peels on a regular basis with cell regeneration breaks between TCA applications please refer out to an MD. There is a point where topical at the age your talking about and the probability of hormonal break outs that your not going to be able to really help. Also, TCA on Fitz VI is no joke and the right percentage and coats needs to be applied (5 -10% 1 - 3) and see how it goes. For this I would not want to induce any frosting. Fitz VI and chemical peels is an area that is difficult and needs to be done with caution. If your not certified and with no experience with TCA, then refer out to MD for the peels.

This is a basic idea and I know there is a huge acne following on this site so maybe there could be more help with those skin care professionals.
