Hi Everyone,

My name is Adrienne and I am on the hunt for the best hard wax for all hair types, focusing on brazilians. I have been using cirepil and found their hypoallergenic wax called pearl is being discontinued :( I need to replace it and came across Berodin blue, I don't mind if its not hypoallergenic but I would like some feedback on makes makes it so amazing. Does it break easy? Does it take a long time to dry? Can you work quickly with it? Thank you for your time!!

Sending love and beauty!

hi there berodin blue is great, been using it for years.  like any wax it will have a learning curve to it.  it is loaded with polymers that make it so flexible that it literally does not break until several hours later.  these polymers, however, make it quite "stringy" until you master the technique.  it sets up pretty quickly, but i always accompany my use of it with a fan to expedite set up.  as with any wax you have to take into consideration the clients temperature, humidity, ect.  but overall takes less that 1 minute to set up and as usual, you can lay several strips at a time.  It is quite expensive, but reflective of the quality.  Best on coarse hair (brazilian) but still i will always choose soft wax for faces and fine hair.  I always feel safe using this wax that it is never compromising the skin in the most delicate of areas.  NOBODY wants lifted skin in the labia, and this wax is just perfect for that area.  overall a great wax.

I have used berodin blue wax in the past was not a big fan but many others are.

I use wax by Body Wax Brazil and love it. It is made here in Denver so I believe it works better in our dry climate. They offer polymer free and regular polymer based waxes.

If you like Cirepel maybe try the Rose Wax. I have used that in the past for my sensitive skin clients/facial waxing and enjoyed it.
