Directions in poor English directions.  Hahaha

hands down...non compliance! close second...laundry haha!

The best part of my job is connecting with my clients. Making them feel at home and having them return to me to achieve their skin care goals! Priceless!

I think the least favorite part of my job would be all the technical (but necessary) aspects.  Maintaining social media, blogs, and accounting software.

Accounting, followed by returning phone calls.

I love sharing the emotional intimacy of a touching profession, but if I'm having a hard time personally, it really upsets me that many clients will pick up on that through my touch and demeanor. It makes me feel like I'm not giving them what they deserve (even though my technical expertise and knowledge are still there). I have been known to take "mental health days" to avoid passing this energy along to clients, which is never good for business.
I absolutely love what I do! I am most happy on the busiest days...talking "shop" til my jaw hurts, but what I like least is the business part of what I do. Keeping up on accounting, marketing and inventory.
