What to charge someone for one-time use of a room in our salon/spa?
Our salon/spa is looking to bring in a massage therapist on an on-call basis to fill out spa packages and since they would be neither an employee or a true contractor we have no idea what to charge. Maybe a percentage? Not looking to make a lot of money off of the therapist, just want to be fair to everyone else in the shop. Any ideas? Has anyone done this?

We have a MT right now that is just filling in. She doesn't want to work ft or rent a room. Just helping out the owner. I believe she gets gets half of what the massage cost is. It's fair for the owner and MT. Hope that helps :)
