Whats your best advise to fellow estheticians?
I'm curious to find out what everyone's best advice or tip would be for being the best esthetician you can be. Anything about giving facials you have learned, waxing? If you could go back to when you first started in esthetics and give yourself some pointers, what would you say?

Don't let a client pressure you into doing a service your gut tells you not to do.

Know how to read your client and their skin, along with wants and needs, know the products you use, ingredients and contradictions. Believe in yourself, practice, enjoy and go with what feels right to you, give yourself facials and get them elsewhere- same with waxing.
Stay connected with others in industry and follow your goals - learn on the job and furthering education on own or paid.
