Where can I find a full face gel filled mask?

I'm looking for a gel filled mask to use for cooling/calming the skin.  I've found tons on Ebay (a la http://www.ebay.com/itm/Full-Face-Gel-Face-Mask-Cooling-Mask-GM1008...)

I don't want to purchase something that's going to be shipped from China, and have to wait forever to get it…I would much rather find one in-store.   Stipulation being that it's FULL FACE, not just the eye area.  Anyone have any idea where I could find one?

Universal Companies carries something like this, but with little gel balls.

Actually, I have gotten various items shipped from China that usally arrive in about a week!

But that one you posted says it ships from Calif.
