Hi, I have a small practice in San Mateo, CA. I am currently looking to add a new Esthie to my team. Can any of you share ideas where you look/post the job  for Esthie or Massage therapist, besides www.craigslist.com? I am trying to avoid flaky people so it need to be someone from San Mateo area, within max 30min drive to the spa. 

Or maybe you have any referral friend?
