Worried about unsanitary techniques

I just started at a new place that does a lot of threading. They hold the spool in their hands while threading and the spool is clearly dirty. They use hair glue for eye tabbing. They're hydracide is labeled barbacide on the diluted mixture. They double dip in products while defining the brows. One girl has long acrylic nails. Am I just being ridiculous about sanitation or should I not be working there?

You can't "half a$$" sanitation and it sounds like you're working in some nasty conditions. If I was in that position I would be looking for a new job fast. Double dipping is so gross!
