I have heard of people whose sebaceous glands were damaged by Accutane use, and whose skin now is overly dry.  That can of course sensitize skin.

Erica, this is a question that is not easily answered.  It depends on many things.  How many times did the client use it (meaning rounds), what products does the client use now and what did they use then, etc.  Go to this link and see if it helps.  http://www.drugwatch.com/accutane/side-effects.php
