Sometimes when I use a new product or foundation I will get what looks like very small milia - usually on my cheeks.  It usually happens within the first day or two.  I know it usually takes longer than that for a comedic reaction to show up but I don't know what else it could be.  Usually the products will have a small amount of oil such as a recent reaction to a vitamin c product with lemon peel oil and orange oil.  Does anyone have any thoughts on this?

I just had a client with similar response to citrus based cleanser. I believe it is a histamine reaction as the bumps happen within the day, sometimes turn white and quickly dissipated within a day or two. You may be allergic to the citrus? Any other thoughts?

Thank you for the reply!  That could be the problem, I do have a lot of allergies!  I know I am allergic to a lot of topical fragrances and only use fragrance free products.

I will get that if I use a eye cream that is comedogenic- and mine appear that fast- you might want to look into using more of a natural foundation- like Glymeds or Jane Iredale- Those are the only 2 that I can use with out getting Milia looking spots.

I am personally using Jane Iredale pressed powder foundation. I'm looking into something to retail and it's expensive to get started with them so I've been trying some samples of other lines. How is the pricing on Glymed? Do they have a minimum opening order?
