Correspondence

Hello, Is there anyone from ASCP that can help me? I renewed my membership and emailed them about changing my name, they told me to send them a copy of my marriage cert and drivers license and they would send me updated paperwork. I did that, also emailed them to follow up and never received any response. Can anyone here help me find out if they have what they need to get my insurance and certificate in my new name? Thank you.

I am so sorry to hear that! I'm Jesse, the executive director of ASCP, and I know that our staff really prides themselves on providing excellent customer service, so I apologize that this wasn't taken care of right away for you.
