Katie and I just returned from the International Esthetics, Cosmetics and Spa Conference in New York City, and I just have to say what a pleasure it was to meet so many ASCP members! Thank you for taking the time to come by and say hello, and for all your nice comments about ASCP membership!

We also want to thank those who stopped by to get more information about ASCP. We hope you'll get connected with ASCP soon, and feel free to email or call us with any questions you have.

I'll be heading to Dallas next week with Susanne Schmaling, ASCP education director, to exhibit at the International Congress of Esthetics & Spa, so if you plan to be at the show, come by our booth, #805, to say hello. And, remember, ASCP members receive a discount to attend the show, too! There is a great educational line-up, so we hope to see you there!

We'll keep you posted on our other travels!

Hi Jesse,

I just renewed my membership a few weeks ago.  You guys are so helpful and great.  I just set-up my web page through you guys and it was so easy and user friendly.  I am excited and hope to get a lot of people looking at my site.  I also have been using the client intake forms they are great too.  Thank you,

Eva

Hi Eva!

That is so good to hear ... both that you renewed your membership AND you set up a website with ASCP. I'm really pleased that you found the website easy to use, and I hope others read your comments and try it! I set mine up a while back, and being the slight technophobe that I am, if I can do it, ANYONE can!

Also very glad to hear you're using the client intake forms. No one should treat a client without doing a thorough health history or intake form (and, of course, a proper skin analysis). I get so upset when I hear from members that they work at a spa that doesn't ALLOW them to do intake forms, saying it takes too much time or upsets the client. Really sad, and In honestly tell those members that I would not work for a place that doesn't allow consent forms. Not only to protect the therapist and spa, but the client's safety should always come first!

Thanks again, Eva, and you have a wonderful day!

Jesse

I totally agree Jesse.  Thank you and have  a Great weekend.

You, too!
