Our PerfectlySmooth Paste™ has the ability to absorb moisture and hold up in warmer conditions without becoming too soft. The reason for this is organic sugar is unrefined and a much larger grain/molecule. The earthiness and texture of the sugar creates a resilient paste. Acacia gum that you often see in softer pastes like our Signature "Soft" and "Medium Soft" is not needed in our PerfectlySmooth Paste™.
