Yes I well remember my first one.  It was horrid.  Took me 2 1/2 hours.  It was pure torture for me.  You can pre order the DVD now if you want (at a discount). www.thewaxchick.com

Hi Crickett, I preordered this DVD yesterday and I can't wait to get it, can you tell me when it will be shipped and sent to me? Looks like not till Nov or Dec, I really need training sooner than that if possible.

Hi Katrina.  Thanks so much for your order.  The DVD is being edited now and the target shipping date is Dec 1st.  It may be a few days sooner than that, but right now that is the goal.  I know it's hard to wait, but while you are waiting I would suggest practicing your hard wax techniques.  If you are not familiar with hard wax watch my tutorials on application and get practicing.  Knowing how to work with your wax before you dive into doing a Brazilian is key.  Thanks for your patience.

LOL That's about how long it took me! And it was horrid!!! Besides the wax, my spa had nothing else I needed, like trimmers & feminine/alcohol wipes. And when the client called to make the appointment, no one bothered to tell her she needed to be clean & trimmed. She was bushy & not clean, it was a NIGHTMARE. I went though 3 different types of wax....it was a hot mess. But it hasn't deterred me. I'd do it again, I just want to know the right way to do it :)

We did Brazilians at school- thankfully trained on HARD WAX so they weren't all that terrible... but the clientele you get at school can often be.... interesting.......... LOL I wished many a time I had a face mask and had to breathe through my mouth. UGH. I know they can make a lot of money- but I'm through seeing coochies. LOL Good luck to all of you with this, though!! It is a huge demand.

I think I will be buying your brow DVD very soon, Cricket- is it available now? or does it also have a timeframe involved?

I love all of the stories!  It lets us know that we are not alone. That we all face difficulties.  Gina: if you have any questions after you watch the DVD, please feel free to ask, I am here to help.  Just remember, it takes practice, but if you keep at it you will be designing great brows.

Hello, where can I get the DVD I am doing bare brazilian a lot, but somehow, I feel not too confident. I want to improved my speed, so client can spent lesss time in the room. Any help from my fellows Estheticians. I live here in San Jose ca...if any classs coming soon please I'd like to know.

Also, eyebrows DVD sounds like a breath from heaven. ;D
