The hearing for the Colorado rules are cancelled for Oct 1. But this is not over! There are many issues with in the pending rules which we cannot cover here but we are working on a way to get everyone on the same page.

I know everyone is stressed out and has a lot going on but this is definitely something that will effect your livelihood. So here are some steps you can take to avoid the panic, anger and general sleepless nights this may be promoting.

1. Write down all of your concerns with the bill and email me a statement at sschmaling@ascpskincare.com.

2. Sign up on DORA's email list if you have not already.

3. Let your friends know to connect with skin care professionals.com and join this group. I will be announcing any meetings we may have here and through direct contact with ASCP members.

4. Breathe-5 deep belly breaths when you are ready to scream and pick up the phone to yell at DORA. They really are not out to get us and we want to stay calm and focused. Are there other influences at play-most likely but that will be brought to our attention as we move forward.
