Hi Sharie!

This depends a lot on a variety of things. You can most likely find a room to rent with a massage therapist, esthetician or similar holistic professional that may already have much of the equipment that you already need, and will split rent with you. The cost will depend of course on the location, the size of the room, whether it's fully equipped, if there's a receptionist as well, etc. A typical per day rate may run between 30-$100 per day, per week. This would mean on the low end if you were renting 3 days a week, you'd be paying $360 a month or the high end $1,200 a month. Occasionally you will find someone who will just do a flat rate with you for less, and that can be negotiable as well! You may also consider renting a space yourself, that you like is in a good location etc, and then renting it part time to someone else! Be sure that you have a good contract with your renter though! ASCP has an example contract you could use in the client forms section to get you started.

My wife and I own Restorations Wellness, and we have 2 locations in Denver, and have discussed renting out a room or two, and helping with whoever rents as well, as we are often too busy with our own clients.  Our prices will be quite reasonable, and both offices are quite nice.

We want qualified professionals, either Aethi's, CMT's or those that may be dually licensed.

In addition, you would have a full time office manager helping with your schedule, and your cc charges can be set up individually through our system.  We have the best equipment that we may be able to let a renter use as well.  MIcroderm, RF, Laser, Light Therapy, Vascutouch, Medilift, and Teeth Whitening too!!
