Some of the gel or massage cream are easily placed into the hot towel warmer if you have one.  It heats up really fast, and if it gets cool while doing the massage, just put two containers and switch back and forth.  I don't really think one is better than another.. I have used Bon Vitale and it is pure and works well... I hope this helps. Let me know which one you choose and what you like about it...
