Treating melasma patients with the Melange system

I have been using these peels for nearly two yrs now to aid in combatting melasma , have had some really great results ..would like to have feed back from other medical estheticians on this system or other peels that you have used..

Sharon- where do you get your Mandelic acid and Jessner? This is a very helpful combo

I have seen results with a great bleaching serum and living cell clarifier. you can also apply TCA peels which target pigment- another thing that is great is applying a strong AHA over bleach to help it penetrate deeper (bleaching serum, not actual bleach :)
