Personally I do a full facial for almost all of my services, including peels and microderm. I do have an "express" option for those in a hurry, or cost issues, or to use in a series. Most of my clients might recieve a milder facial the first time as I get to know their skin and then step it up from there. There are a few who can't tolerate so much acitivity, but my initial treatment and assesment with them helps me to make the choice on this. Have a variety of peel options helps with this too. Image offers great options, but I also use Circadia.
I don't do a facial massage if doing a chemical peel. I don't want to over stimulate the skin. I keep the treatment to about 45 minutes but client knows this before hand. While the hydrating mask is on I usually massage shoulders, arms or feet. I keep it simple so that they know what they're missing from the full facial which is a higher priced and longer service.
