I've done 2 passes of Microderm (crystal) (nothing too aggressive), and followed with the Ormedic Lift (or whatever the one that uses the Passion peel).
I also did a 2 pass crystal micro and followed with the 4-layer. No mask after, just hydration/serums, SPF. This was on a client that I'd seen many times for micro and I knew her skin was tough. She was still a tiny bit red 2 days later, but her skin looked great.
I charge $79 for basic microderm (cleanse, micro, serum, spf, no mask/massage, about 30 minutes). I charge $25 to add on a peel... might be $30. Ha, can't recall right now. :)
Hello! I have a client I'm treating for melasma, which is looking great. I've been doing 3 passes of Micro with the fine diamond tip followed by the Lactic/Kojic + Retinol enhancer for 3 mins. Her chin has recently become very clogged though, so after I'm doing extractions followed by some Hi Freq and ending with the Ormedic Gel mask. It sounds like a lot, but I've known her skin for about a year and I do work in a Doctor's office. This process takes an hour.
Our office charges $150 for micro (we include the face, neck, declotte, as well as arms and tops of hands), and I charge an additional $50 for the peel. I work in an upscale neighborhood outside of D.C. so its actually a pretty reasonable price... some places charge $200 for micro on the face alone!
