Trial packs are a great way to get people familiar with Image. This way they can pick the products they like most and can buy a full size then,
I like that people are having their clients purchase trial kits rather than giving them samples. We do have to pay for these samples and there was just a post that when you make them pay for it, you are giving it value and not just some free sample they likely won't come b ack to buy.
good point!
Hi Angela,
You may consider adding the trial kit (post-peel kit) to your treatment, as home care; all you need to do is increase the treatment price a tiny bit. This way, you ensure they get to sample the products and they have the proper post treatment maintenance.
I am sure once you educate them on how great the ingredients in these products are and how well they will work on their skin, after trying the products clients will surely come back and purchase the full size! It worked with me :).
If I know someone is going to return as a client I never hesitate to give samples. I don't give the kits though. I give samples that I feel they really need. It has paid off like gangbusters. I use my 10% back in product and order the 10 pack sets of the best sellers. I don't bother with the kits anymore. If you know a client is using an inferior product you are doing them a favor by tossing a moisturizer sample in with the facial.
Different people with different views. I respect and understand yours totally.
In my opinion, the post-peel kit has good ingredients to heal and balance skin. I mean: Ormedic, stem cells, botanical lightening ingredients, SPF 35 with resveratrol. Of course, this kit is not going to change the physiology of one's skin cells. :D
I noticed that too. :)
