Help....

I recently started getting calls from ladies requesting fills.  They state it's been 2 weeks since their last fill and would like to try me... I hesitate to schedule anybody jumping around in regards with her EE's (eyelash extensions), and I certainly don't want to work on evryones extensions!!  That being said, what is the appropriate response to the ladies calling requesting a fill?

Help!

I agree with you not to fill client's EE done by other tech. I call them mixing 'sheep' with 'goats' (mine will be the sheeps). Or, repairing other tech's work. But I will not hesitate to ask the prospect client to come in for assessment of the conditions of her eyelashes; maybe recommend for remove & clean, then, apply fresh EE. With your honest evalluation and great customer service, she might become among your loyal clients.

I totally agree.  I won't work someone else's extensions.  You have no idea what the quality of the adhesive used or quality of the lashes themselves.  I  assess their lash extensions and the health of their lashes.  I them give my recommendation as to if they need a full removal, if we need to do "repair" work to their natural lashes, etc.

What brand of lash extensions do you recommend? I'm in Illinois, i currently use novalash and want too try mink and silk. Anyone have suggestions?

Thanks for the reply.  I've developed a policy if people would like to 'transfer' in or go somewhere else for a fill.  I schedule appropriately and charge accordingly!

Agree...way to go! Have a fantastic Monday to all EE professionals :D
