Has anyone heard of lash weaving? A few of my clients have asked about it. I have looked online and can find next to nothing about it. How does it differ from traditional eyelash extensions that use adhesive and is there anyone out there offering training?

Never herd of "Lash Weaving".  If your clients are asking, find out where they've heard of it..and share with us.  I'm curious if it's just a buzz word an inexperienced, beginner (in the lash industry) may be using... to make it OK to cross extensions over many natural lashes.

Most of them have heard the term through the grapevine. Like, "My best-friend said that she met a lady at the supermarket the other day that had the most beautiful eyelashes. When she complimented her on them, the lady told her that they were eyelash extensions that were woven in"

I had another client who was in a similar situation - except she was in Cancun on Spring Break.

I see... very interesting.  I think I might have to go to Cancun and do under cover surveillance! <-- said dreaming of blue oceans and umbrella drinks!

Looks like it is still one lash per one lash but on the sites I read they say they rarely need fills? and they are "knotted" to the existing lash. I'll keep looking definitely not much out there- everything I found was Europe or Asia based. They said they were using some glue from Sweden that supposedly doesn't affect the mucous membranes... Let me know if any of you find out more!

I basically found the same info.

I will continue to search.....
