Hello everyone,

I started working for a Threading (hair removal) salon and want to add Eyelash Extensions to the service menu.

I definitely want to get training in Xtreme Eyelashes, but I'm unsure if it will be too expensive for our clientele?

There's only 1 other salon( that I know of) in this town that offer Xtreme and it's in the more upper class area.

We get diverse clientele (with middle-class income). Our most popular service, brow threading is for $12. There's a nail salon 2 stores away that offers their kind of lash extension.

I want to offer Xtreme but perhaps there is alternative brands that is as good quality and a little more affordable or Xtreme is the way to go?

Any ideas? Thanks for reading.

Minkys is a great brand to offer. Much less expensive for training. Really I think any faux mink lashes are nice. Its your skill and glue that matters most. Just my humble opinion :)

Xtreme has excellent training - Nova is suppose to be good too (product don't know about the training)  The adhesive is really important and both are good. I am finding that there are so many "deals" out there with groupon etc... that is is difficult to keep prices where they should be...is anyone else experiencing this?

Get Xtreme certified, your clients will immediately see the difference.  Once your clients get lashes, it's like getting hooked on crack.  They will go without groceries before they go w/o lashes!
