Education, product knowledge, loopholes...

I love everything about this company...the only thing I am struggling with is in depth knowledge of the line...the product info sheets are awesome; They list the ing, what it does, etc....

I have spoke with my rep and sent a few requests about education...If I am missing something I would love to know how to get certain info....Example: I sold Brightening Serum, 24 hour Age Defying Moisturizer, and Anti aging eye kit.....

The client I sold this to I directed them to use the pm regimen of Cleanser, Essence Toner, Brightening Serum and then the 24 Hr Age Defying moisturizer (out of all the moisturizers this is the one sampled she liked the most....

Two things/questions: MY rep told me when a client uses the Brightening Serum to not use moisturizer afterwards.......I wish I would have known b/c it is especially wanted for a nighttime moisturizer.....

I think you can only do this (use moisturizer and layer tgf) with the is Collagen Peptide (note: I am speaking of the three new serums only, I know you can with the other ones.....DO any of you who sell Le Mieux tell client to moisturize after Brightening Serum anyway? Does the moisturizer weaken the new serums? Reasoning I was given was to see what it does to clients skin, but people like their nighttime moisturizers!

WOULD LOVE TO HEAR BACK FROM YOU ALL. The lead educator said they were working on the loopholes in the website-If anyone else is finding this to get confusing please write company giving suggestions. They are open to them.

It would be nice to get more education and point of sales info/some kind of Rx sheets that have the same categories that are listed at the top of the product info sheets (cleanse, exfoliate, serum, specialty, preventative, etc....This will help all of Le Mieuxs clients/estys.....

dvds or audio cds to listen to that explain what each product does...PLUS extra info that gets into the science... etc....

I am looking into picking up the line but for the reasons you listed(not enough protocol support, product usage ) I am having a hard time making product decisions.

I do well with this line....I wish more people would talk on this forum really...the Le Mieux group...but I am trying to research while I can and I must say they are very open about making changes....I mentioned how it would be cool if they did "by the age" products, like a little routine for those who are in 30s, etc...they had it on facebook not long after I mentioned!! The woman I deal with is busy alot....she is great but extremely busy....and she said they are working on things. I hope they up the education. It can get to be confusing, I am catching on some, but I want some MAJOR SELLING POINTS, some major education!!!! Not enough and that is the only thing I can say I am not extremely pleased with. Absolutely the only one....
