Bio-Hydroderm for Microdermabrasion

What does everyone think of this video by Bio-Therapeutic of the Bio-Hydroderm? You can do microdermabrasion wet on the skin which I like the idea of! Anyone bought this machine recently and been using it? How do you like it? I would love to hear feedback!
