I am working with several licensed spa professionals and we are putting some advanced education classes together for licensed estheticians, massage therapists, body wrappers, nail technicians, and cosmetologists that will be beneficial, affordable, and help build business and networks. I am looking for feedback on what classes you would attend in person. What is important to you when attending a class? Webinars are great, videos are very helpful, books are useful for reference--but a live hands on class provides opportunity for open discussion, appeals to all of the learning styles, and you usually walk away with some new friends!
